| 摘 要： | 目的:了解108例老年人外伤性颅内血肿特点:硬膜下血肿多、血肿量大、但临床症状轻、术后恢复缓慢。方法:82例手术治疗,26例保守治疗。结果:术后并发症多,康复缓慢,虽然症状有所改善但生活质量差。结论:根据老年人颅内血肿临床特点选择性手术,加强预防,控制并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: To comprehend the clinical features of 108 old aged patients with traumatic intracranial hematomas: most of intracranial hematomas were subdural hematoma,with large hematoma volume,light clinical symptom,but they restored slowly after operation.Method: 82 patients were treated surgically and 26 patients underwent non operative treatment.Result: After operation,the complications were more,restored to health slowly,but the quality of life was bad.Conclusion: The select operation should be done according to the clinical features of old aged patients' intracranial hematomas,and should closely prevent the complications. |
