| 摘 要： | 目的:比较全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞与单纯全身麻醉用于胸科手术的麻醉效果。方法:72例胸科手术患者随机分为观察组(A组n=36)和对照组(B组n=36)。A组采用全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞的方法,B组仅用全身麻醉。结果:A组整个麻醉过程中HR、Bp稳定,术中全身麻醉用量小,拔管及时,患者苏醒快,且便于术后硬膜外腔镇痛。结论:联合麻醉能有效减轻围手术期的应激反应,循环稳定,麻醉平稳,全身麻醉用药量少,术毕清醒快、拔管早、并发症少,有利于患者早日康复。
