| Abstract: | The paper introduces the hospital construction condition of the military electronic health record which responses to medical system reform and the integration medical service of General Staff Headquarters, introduces the technical problems during the implementation of the project and the corresponding solutions, summarizes the challenges in the electronic health record construction and proposes some corresponding countermeasures |
