摘    要:目的:了解本地区的粪肠球菌的临床分布及耐药状况,为临床提供参考。方法:统计分析2006年5月至2009年12月分离到的276株粪肠球菌的耐药情况。结果:分离到的276株粪肠球菌,主要来自于尿液、痰液标本,分别占:30.5%和26.4%,标本主要分离于重症监护病房(ICU)、呼吸内科病房、神经内科病房;粪肠球菌对多种抗生素耐药,对万古霉素和替考拉宁的耐药率较低,分别为1.1%和1.0%。结论:粪肠球菌可引起临床各类感染,且多重耐药率高,治疗困难,应根据药敏试验合理使用抗生素以减少耐药菌株流行。

Clinical Distribution and Drug Resistance of 276 Enterococcus Faecalis

Abstract:Objective: Understanding the region of enterococcus faecalis clinical distribution and drug resistance for clinical reference.Method: We statistical analysed isolated resistance in enterococcus faecalis of 276 from May 2006 to December 2009.Result: Isolated 276 E.faecalis,mainly from urine,sputum samples,which accounted for 30.5% and 26.4%,mainly isolated specimens in the intensive care unit(ICU),respiratory medical ward,neurology wards;fecal intestinal bacteria resistant to many antibiotics,vancomycin and teicoplanin resistance rates were 1.1% and 1.0%.Conclusion: Enterococcus faecalis clinical types can cause infection,and the high rate of multiple drug resistance,treatment difficulties,susceptibility testing should be based on the rational use of antibiotics to reduce the prevalent resistant strains.
