| 摘 要： | 针对2008年～2010年黄冈及黄石地区电网结构、地区负荷和电源装机情况，详细分析了典型的500 kV/220 kV电磁环网结构对湖北黄冈及黄石电网安全稳定的影响，分析提出了黄冈及黄石电网安全稳定控制措施、控制策略的配合要求，以及电网安全稳定控制系统的配置方案。对类似电网安全稳定控制系统设计和实施有参考和借鉴作用。
