摘    要:星座通信系统包含大量不确定因素,必须对其性能进行综合评估。根据星座通信系统的工作特点和任务需求,建立了星座通信系统性能综合评价体系结构;然后,详细介绍了基于模糊理论和层次分析法的效能评估过程;最后,以"铱"系统为例,对星座通信系统性能进行了综合评估,验证了多级模糊综合评判理论的合理性,对其他通信系统的评估具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:A great lot of uncertain factors are comprised in constellation communication system, so its performance must be synthetically evaluated A synthetic performance evaluation system for constellation communication system is proposed according to its working characteristic and mission demand. Then, the course of effectiveness evaluation based on fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process is introduced in detail. Finally,with "Iridium" system as an example,the performance of constellation communication system is synthetically evaluated .The rationality of multi-level fuzzy combined evaluation theory is validated and it has a reference value for the evaluation of other communication systems.
