To Observe the Effect of Personalized High-quality Nursing Intervention on Improving the Quality of Life and Sleep Quality of Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of personalized high-quality nursing intervention on improving the quality of life and sleep quality of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 36 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 18 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given personalized high-quality nursing.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality between 2 groups before and after intervention.The MOS Item Short from Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the improvement of quality of life between two groups,and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used to compare the improvement of quality of life between the two groups and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression between 2 groups.Meanwhile,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared at the same time.Results:After intervention,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of personalized high-quality nursing intervention for patients with nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve the sleep quality,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
