To Investigate the Application of Portable Polysomnography in Diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome in Adults

Objective:To investigate the application of portable polysomnography in the diagnosis of adult Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 78 adults with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Fangshan First Hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objtces.They were given overnight Polysomnography(PSG)and portable Polysomnography(PSG).PSG diagnostic results were regarded as the gold standard,and the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two monitoring methods were compared and analyzed.Related indicators(SpO₂),time disturbance index,SpO₂<90%duration]were compared,and then the application effects and advantages of the two methods were analyzed.Results:There were 4 PSG negative cases(5.12%)and 74 PSG positive cases(94.87%).Portable polysomnography respiratory monitor accurately detected 77 cases,which 2 cases were negative(2.59%)and 75 cases were positive(97.40%).The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity were 98.71%,50.00%and 98.66%,respectively.In the portable polysomnosis respiratory monitoring mode,the disorder index of patients was low,SpO₂ detection value was(94.00±4.55),SpO₂<90%duration was(46.52±13.41);PSG monitoring and recording time was(423.56±25.14),and the difference between the two detection methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Portable polysomnography monitoring has a significant effect on adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,and can greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy without affecting the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis.
