石榴皮乙醇提取物对临床分离菌株的抗菌作用及毒性试验研究

目的研究石榴皮乙醇提取液的体外抗菌作用和毒性。方法采用抑菌环试验和营养肉汤稀释法以及动物试验法进行了实验室观察。结果含石榴皮生药150 g/L的乙醇提取液对结核分枝杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌等临床分离菌株和枯草杆菌黑色变种、金黄色葡萄球菌等标准菌株的抑菌环直径均大于7 mm。石榴皮乙醇提取物对白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度为25 g/L。小鼠急性经口LD50值大于5000 mg/kg,石榴皮提取原液对家兔皮肤刺激试验指数为0.13,属于轻度刺激性。结论石榴皮乙醇提取液具有良好的体外抗菌作用,属无毒级物质,皮肤刺激性较轻。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON EFFICACY AND TOXICITY OF PERICARPIUM GRANATI ETHANOL EXTRACT IN INHIBITING CLINICALLY ISOLATED MICROORGANISM STRAINS

Objective To know the in vitro bacteriostatic efficacy and toxicity of Pericarpium granati ethanol extract.Methods Bacterial inhibition zone test,nutrient broth dilution method and animal test were used to observe experimentally the bacteriostatic efficacy.Results The diameters of bacterial inhibition zones of clinically isolated microorganism strains including Mycobacterium tuberculosis,Bacillus cereus and Klebsiella pneumoniae,and standard microorganism strains including Bacillus subtilis var.niger and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the ethanol extract containing Pericarpium granati crude drug 150 g/L were larger than 7 mm.The minimum inhibition concentration(MIC) of Pericarpium granati ethanol extract for Candida albicans was 25 g/L.The mouse acute oral LD50 was above 5000 mg/kg,the rabbit skin irritation test index of stock solution of Pericarpium granati extract was 0.13,which belongs to mild irritation.Conclusions Pericarpium granati ethanol extract has good bacteriostatic efficacy.It belongs to practically non-toxic class and was slightly irritative to skin.
