| 摘 要： | 第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶与张力蛋白同源物(phosphatase and tensin homolog,PTEN)基因所编码的PTEN蛋白兼具有脂质和蛋白磷酸酶活性,它的表达、活性和稳定性受到各种结合蛋白、酶和因子的调节。结合最新研究,本文将集中对PTEN上氨基酸残基位点的各种翻译后修饰进行一综述。

| Abstract: | PTEN, encoded by phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10, is a tumor sup- pressor protein with both lipid and protein phosphatase activity. Its expression, activity and stability can be regulated by binding proteins, enzymes and biological factors. In accordance with latest researches, this article has reviewed on post-translational modification of sites on PTEN. |
