纵轴式掘进机截割头螺旋线的设计

摘    要:为了得到截割比能耗低、载荷波动性小的截割头螺旋线布齿方案,分析了几种曲面螺旋线,其中等螺旋角锥面螺旋线和球面螺旋线在轴向的变化率逐渐减小,此两者组合的布齿方案可以有效结合煤岩的压张效应,有利于降低截割比能耗,减小载荷波动;最后给出了球锥曲面参数匹配计算公式,为纵轴式截割头布齿提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to get program of picks spiral layout that specific power consumption is low,load fluctuation is small,several surface helix were analysed,equal helix angle conical spiral and spherical helix can combine pressure crisp effect on rock,the rate of change of axial decreases gradually.It helps reduce energy consumption and load fluctuation.Parameter matching formula between spherical and spiral surface was given.Theoretical basis is established for program of picks spiral layout of longitudinal cutting...
