摘    要:在当今变频器的控制应用中,控制方式主要有通过模拟量和开关量进行控制和通过串行总线应用通用串行通信接口协议(USS协议)进行控制两种.介绍以可编程序控制器(PLC)为核心的埋弧焊接控制系统,对变频器进行控制,控制上应用通用串行通信接口协议.采用通用串行通信接口协议对变频器控制可以减少系统布线,增强系统的可靠性,整个现场总线控制系统抗干扰性强.

Abstract:In the application of frequency converter, control ways mainly have: one is the analog and switch quantity control; another is the universal serial interface protocol (USS protocol) control. A programmable logic controller (PLC) control system of submerged arc welding is presented as the core, and the application of USS control is provided. It can reduce the system wire by use of USS protocol to control the frequency converter and strengthen the system reliability, where the entire Field-bus Control System has strong anti-interference
