外锥面砂轮实现内锥面刃磨钻头的方法

摘    要:提出了利用外锥面砂轮实现内锥面刃磨钻头的方法,设计了实现该方法的连杆齿轮组合机构。克服了用成型砂轮实现麻花钻的内锥面刃磨时,小直径尺寸的麻花钻无法磨削的缺点,同时又能提高麻花钻的刃磨效率和刃磨质量。

Abstract:Present a method of sharpening twist drills in the interior conical surface and exterior conical surface grinding wheel. A novel sharpening device of linkage-gear compound mechanism is designed. This device can overcome the limitations in sharpening small-diameter drills in the interior conical surface and hence improves the efficiency and quality in twist drill's sharpening.
