串口通信在电热前床控制系统中的应用

对云南某铅锌冶炼企业的电热前床自动控制系统的通信故障进行研究,介绍了基于串口通信的电热前床通信系统的升级方法。根据电热前床工艺控制要求,对电热前床控制系统的通信系统和监控系统进行了升级改造。通过采用串口通信的方式,完成了欧姆龙PLC与工控机的硬件通信连接,并成功实现了InTouch组态软件与PLC控制软件之间高速、可靠的数据通信。实践证明,电热前床控制系统的升级增强了系统的可靠性,也为今后电热前床控制系统的扩容提供了开发平台。

Application of Serial Communication in Electric Heating Fore-hearth Control System

The communication fault of the electric heating fore-hearth control system of certain lead and zinc smelting enterprise in Yunnan province is researched,and the upgrading method based on serial port communication for the communication system of electric heating fore-hearth is introduced.In accordance with the process control requirements,the communication and monitoring system of the electric heating fore-hearth is upgraded and retrofitted.Through adopting serial communication,the hardware communication connection between Omron PLC and industrial PC is completed,and the high speed and reliable data communication between InTouch configuration software and PLC control software is successfully achieved.The practice verifies that the upgrading of the electric heating fore-hearth control system enhances the reliability of system,and it also offers the development platform for future expansion of the electric heating fore-hearth control system.
