某院儿童肺炎链球菌感染耐药分析

摘    要:目的了解本院儿童感染肺炎链球菌(sP)对常用抗菌药物的耐药情况。方法选择本院儿科首诊肺炎患儿385例,取痰液分离得到72株sP。采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)进行抗菌药物敏感实验,E-test法测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果72株SP中,青霉素、阿莫西林、头孢曲松、头孢呋辛、头孢噻肟、红霉素、阿奇霉素、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、氯霉素和万古霉素的耐药率分别为63.9%、11.1%、6.9%、77.8%、29.2%、86.1%、88.9%、0.0%、0.0%、2.7%、0.0%。结论江门市新会地区儿童感染SP对青霉素、头孢呋辛、红霉素、阿奇霉素耐药率高.临床应合理选药。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the common antimicrobial drug resistance situation of streptococcus pneumoniae (SP) infected children in the hospital. Method A total of 385 cases of first diagnosed as pneumonia in the pediatrics department of the hospital were selected. 72 SP strains were gained through separating their sputum. Antibacterial drug sensitive test was conduncted by kirby-baner method (K-B method), and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured by E-test method. Results In the 72 SP stains, the drug resistance rate was 63.9%, 11.1%, 6.9%, 77.8%, 29. 2%, 86. 1%, 88. 9%, 0. 0%, 0. 0%, 2. 7% and 0. 0% in penicillin, amoxicillin, ceftriaxone, cefuroxime, cefotaxime, erythromycin, azithromycin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, chloramphenicol and vancomycin, respectively. Conclusion Children infected by SP in Xinhui district of Jiangmen, have higher drug resistance for penicillin, cefuroxime, erythromycin and azithromycin. The clinic drug application should be more rational.
