住院患者感知护理服务质量评价量表的信效度分析

摘    要:目的检验住院患者感知护理服务质量评价量表的信度、效度。方法向福州市某三级甲等医院170例住院患者发放自行设计的量表,对量表进行项目分析、内部一致性信度检验、因子分析等,对量表条目进行筛选和确定。结果量表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.965,量表各维度的信度系数为0.814~0.918。因子分析提取4个公因子,累计贡献率为63.62%,最后得到包括4个维度29个条目的量表。结论感知护理服务质量评价量表包括4个维度、29个条目,具有很好的信度和效度:

Abstract:Objective To test the reliability and validity of the perceived nursing service quality evaluation scale. Method A total of 170 inpatients were investigated with a self - designed scale in a Grade A Clsss Three hospital of Fuzhou, Results The total Cronbach' s α coefficient was 0. 965, The reliability coefficient of four dimensions was ramged from 0. 814 to 0. 918. Four common factors were extracted by actor analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate was 63.62%. The final scale included four dimensions and 29 items. Conclusion Perceived nursing service quality evaluating scale is consisted of four dimensions and 29 items which has good reliability and validity.
