一种汽车落水逃生车门系统的设计

摘    要:设计了一种汽车落水逃生车门系统,其结构主要包括传感机构、压力平衡机构、断轴机构、气囊弹射机构等,传感机构判断车辆是否落水,压力平衡机构在车辆落水后,平衡车内外压强,减小作用在车门上的压差,帮助车门脱离车架,断轴机构使车门可以在极短时间内与车架分离,为车门上浮做好准备,气囊弹射机构则利用成熟的气囊弹射技术使车门上浮。本汽车落水逃生车门系统实现车辆落水后的传感探知、平衡压差、打开断轴、弹出气囊4个工作步骤,使得逃生人员可以借助已经弹开的气囊所具有的浮力而逃生。

Design of Escaping System of Car Door in Water
Abstract:An escaping system is researched. It includes the sensoring sector, pressure balance mechansim, framework of breaking off axis, airbag ejection setup, etc. The sensoring sector could judge the car whether or not falling into water, then the pressure balance mechansim is to decrease the pressure drop of door in the water so as to give aid for the door breaking off from the frame, meanwhile, the framework of breaking off axis gives help for the door departing from the frame instantly for floating, and the airbag ejection setup produces the rising force for the door. After these four actions, the trapped people could escape from the car in the water by the airbag.
