| 摘 要： | 就我国房地产开发热潮中,新建住宅小区内体育场(馆)配套建设立法的可行性进行了研究.结论得出:国家通过立法的形式,将新建住宅小区内的体育场(馆)配套建设作为房产开发所必需的公共基础设施之一,该项目立法对于所涉及的相关利益主体都是一个共赢的结果.不仅可以极大地缓解我国人均体育场(馆)资源匮乏的问题,而且可以实现我国群众体育的跨越式发展,从而形成竞技体育、群众体育平行发展的和谐局面. |
