| 摘 要： | 本研究目的在于进一步明确固齿散对成人牙周炎的临床抗炎疗效。用固齿散对40例成人牙周炎进行了为期一周的临床治疗观察，结果表明，实验组（20例535个牙）菌斑指数、龈沟探诊出血指数、牙周袋深度、牙松动度等临床指标均有明显改善，改善程度显著高于对照组（20例，518个牙）。结果提示，固齿散对牙周炎确实具有消炎、止血作用。

| Abstract: | After treatment of periodentitis by Gu chisan for one week, the role of Gu chisan was investigated in 40 adult periodontitis patients (20cases 535 teeth for experiment group and 20 cases 518 teeth for control group ). The powder of calcium carbonate served as corntrol. The results showed that :after the treatmetn of Gu chisan, thd clinical parameters (Plaque index, Bleed index on probing, Probing depth of pocket and Tooth mobility) were significantly decreased (P <0. 0001) ; and the Gu chisan had a role of anti -inflammation in treatment of perildontits. |
