摘 要: | [目的]研究桑葚多糖体外清除自由基的活性。[方法]采用DPPH法、水杨酸法、邻苯三酚自氧化测定桑葚多糖清除DPPH自由基(DPPH.)、羟自由基(.OH)和超氧负离子自由基(O2-.)的能力。[结果]桑葚多糖对DPPH.、.OH和O2-.均有较好的清除作用,最高清除率分别达到90.01%、76.40%和49.85%。[结论]桑葚多糖体外清除自由基的活性良好。

Abstract: | [Objective] To study the scavenging activity of FRUCTUS MORI polysaccharides to free radical in vitro.[Method] The ability of FRUCTUS MORI polysaccharides to scavenge DPPH·,·OH and O2-· was respectively assayed by DPPH,salicylic acid and pyrogallol auto-oxidation methods.[Result] FRUCTUS MORI polysaccharides had strong scavenging activity to DPPH·,·OH and O2-·,whose the highest scavenging rate to the above 3 free radicals was 90.01%,76.40% and 49.85% respectively.[Conclusion] FRUCTUS MORI polysaccharides had strong scavenging activity to free radicals in vitro. |
