广东省中学教师健康状况调查与分析

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,对广东省9个城市18所中学的540名中学教师进行调查研究,结果表明：广东省中学教师健康状况不容乐观;工作压力大、精神负担重、作息制度不合理以及缺少体育锻炼是影响其健康的主要因素。文章针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策与建议。

Investigation and Analysis of the Health Condition of Middle School Teachers in Guangdong Province

With various research methods,the investigation into 540 middle school teachers from 18 schools in 9 cities shows that these teachers health condition cannot be described as good;such factors as severe work pressure and lack of exercises launch bad influence on their health,based on this such a situation,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
