油气集输管道内涂层金属腐蚀失效机理研究

摘    要:为防止集输管道内壁腐蚀并提高输送效率,常常使用内涂层。但由于涂层缺陷的存在,在腐蚀介质的作用下管道内涂层会逐渐失效剥落,使金属大面积腐蚀。为此,对内涂层的失效机理和涂层下金属的反应过程进行了探讨,并找出两者之间的内在联系。

Abstract:Inner coating is often used on manifold pipelines to prevent the inner wall from corrosion. However, as a result of coating defects,the inner coating will gradually fail and flake off in corrosive environment and therefore the metal will be largely corrupted.This article explores the failure mechanism of inner coating and the reaction process of metal underneath,and presents the internal relationship between them.
