摘    要:开发了负载第二组分K和第三组分为稀土金属的多组分乙烯氧氯化制氯乙烯催化剂。反应条件为:反应温度220℃,反应压力0.3MPa,原料n(C_2H_4)∶n(HCl)∶n(O_2)=1.04∶2∶0.57。在添加第二组分K的最佳质量分数0.6%~0.9%和添加第三组分Ce或La的最佳质量分数0.4%~0.6%的条件下,HCl转化率大于99.5%,二氯乙烷选择性大于99.3%。

Abstract:A multi-component catalyst for ethylene oxychlorination to vinyl chloride was developed by introduction of a second component (K) and a third component (rare earth). The reaction condition ethylene oxychlorlnation to vinyl chloride was as follows: reaction temperature 220 ℃, reaction pressure 0.3 MPa, n( C2H4 ): n(HCl) : n( O2 ) = 1.04: 2: 0.57. HCl conversion of over 99.5% and selectivity to ethylene dichloride of over 99.3% were obtained under above condition over the catalyst with optimal K content of 0.6% -0.9% (mass fraction) and optimal Ce or La content of 0.4% -0.6%.
