摘    要:辐射交联聚乙烯热收缩带补口是国内外公认的三层PE管道防腐层补口技术中较为成熟、可靠的方式,而且国内外许多工程实例的应用效果也很好。针对目前国内部分管道三层PE防腐层热收缩带补口出现的问题,总结了热收缩带补口失效常见的几种形式,从材料性能指标、施工安装等方面对失效的主要原因及影响因素进行了分析,着重指出了部分检测评价方法有可能引起的产品性能偏移的导向。提出了合理确定热收缩带部分指标、重视热收缩带材料的抗老化性能研究观点,以及加强补口安装现场质量监督等对策、措施和建议。

Analysis on the Failures of Heat Shrinkable Sheet and Corresponding Measures

Abstract:Joint coating with radiation crosslinked polyethylene heat shrinkable sheet was one of more reliable technologies of three layer PE pipeline coating recognized and good results obtained in the applications at home and abroad.According to the problems of current three layers PE pipeline coating heat shrinkable sheet,several common forms of the failure were summarized.The main reasons of the failure and influencing factors in respect of material properties and installation methods were analyzed.The product performance change possibly caused by a part of inspection and evaluation methods was emphatically pointed out.Some indexes of heat shrinkable sheet should be determined reasonably and researches of anti-aging performance should be given more attention.Suggestions on strengthening the quality supervision in site were also put forward.
