苦卤氨法脱镁母液蒸发过程析盐规律研究

摘    要:利用苦卤氨法制取Mg(OH)2后的脱镁母液在室温下进行沸腾蒸发,对其蒸发过程析盐规律进行研究.研究证明,蒸发水量在达到500 g/L之前为NaCl主要析出阶段,此阶段NaCl的析出率为57.92%,当蒸发水量大于500 g/L时,含有少量K的混合盐伴随NaCl不断析出.

Abstract:The used experimental solution was obtained by evaporating the mother liquor which was obtained by ammonia reacting with the brine.The salting law of the solution was studied by evaporating the solution at normal atmospheric temperature.The results show that NaCl is mainly crystallized before the water was evaporated up to 500 g/L,and the recover rate of NaCl is 57.92% at this stage.When the water is evaporated more than 500 g/L,the mixed salts contained a small amount of K was continuously crystallized wit...
