| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的临床及病理、免疫组化特点,以积累临床经验,提高诊治率。方法:应用回顾性研究,从临床特点、病理特点及免疫组化表达的角度对60例GIST进行分析。结果:良性、交界性、恶性间质瘤三组之间肿瘤的直径平均值有显著性差异(P<0.01),而CD117、CD34的阳性率之间无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:CD117与CD34可能是诊断GIST的特异性抗体,具有比较重要的诊断意义,但CD117和CD34的阳性率并不能对判断间质瘤的良恶性起决定性作用,间质瘤的良恶性与其直径之间有明显的相关性。
