| 摘 要： | 目的探索心尖肥厚型心肌病的心电向量图特点。方法对经临床确诊的心尖肥厚型心肌病患者,做心电向量图并进行分析。结果心尖肥厚型心肌病患者心电向量图与正常人不同,主要表现在水平面、右侧面向左、前、下向量增大和QRS-T夹角增大。结论心电向量图能更直观的显示心尖肥厚型心肌病的心电学变化,对诊断有肯定意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the vectorcardiogram characteristics of the patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy confirmed through clinical diagnosis.Methods The ECG and VCG for the patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were analyzed.Results The results showed that the vectorcardiogram of the patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was different from the healthy,which represented mainly the increase of vector in the horizontal plane and the right side for the left-oriented,the former and the under.The QRS-T angle also increased.Conclusion Vectorcardiogram can display heart electrical changes of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy more intuitively.There is positive meaning for the diagnosis of the patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in clinical practice. |
