脑复灵散剂对小鼠心脑缺血的保护作用

目的：研究脑复灵对小鼠心脑缺血的保护作用。方法：采用小鼠断颅、结扎双侧颈总动脉、空气栓、利多卡因中毒等方法。结果：脑复灵能明显延长断颅小鼠的喘时间，延长结扎双侧颈总动脉而致脑缺血小鼠的存活时间。对空气栓而致的小鼠心脑缺血有明显的保护作用；并能延长利多卡因中毒小鼠的存活时间。结论：提示脑复灵有抗心脑缺血的作用。

Protective effects of Naofuling on heart and cerebral ischemia in mice

Objective:To investigate protective effects of Naofuling on acute heart and cerebral ischemia in mice.Methods:Acute incomplete cerebral ischemia was induced through beheading,ligation of bilateral carotid arteries,air embolism and lidocaine poisoning in mice.Results:Naofuling(20 g/kg) significantly prolonged breathing time of beheaded mice and prolonged the survival time of mice subjected to cerebral ischemia by ligation of the bilateral carotid arteries.It protected the heart and brain from ischemia induced by air embolism and prolonged the survival time in mice poisoned by lidocaine.Conclusions:The results indicate that Naofuling had anti ischemic effect on heart and brain.
