摘    要:测控系统以FPGA做主控,控制各功能模块时序逻辑,使用USB2.0实现数据传输功能,并编写了基于VC的上位机软件,实现上位机和下位机的交互。该测控系统的硬件部分主要包括3个功能模块,软件部分包括USB的固件程序和上位机程序。测控系统在材料试验机上进行了试件拉伸实验,验证了测控卡的有效性。

Abstract:FPGA controls the timing logic of various functions module as the master controller.Realization of data transfer function with USB2.0,and finished the VC-based upper computer software to make upper computer and lower computer interact with each other.The hardware part of the measurement and control system includes three modules.The software part includes the USB firmware and upper computer application.The specimen tensile experiment was conducted in a material testing machine with measurement and control system,and the effectiveness of measuring and controlling card was verified.
