摘    要:创新型人才的培养,特别是注重培养学生的创新意识及创新技能,是高等教育必须关注的重要课题。创新型人才的培养,首先要培养学生的创新思维。该文结合实践经验,对在课堂教学中培养食品专业本科生的创新思维进行了探索和总结。
