急性胃十二指肠穿孔选择有效手术方案治疗的研究

目的对急性胃十二指肠穿孔的手术方法和治疗效果进行探讨和分析。方法选择在我院行急性胃十二指肠穿孔治疗的患者资料进行研究和分析,根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组和治疗组两组,对对照组患者行开腹手术,对治疗组患者行腹腔镜手术,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果对照组患者术中出血量明显多于治疗组,手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间明显长于治疗组,并发症发生率和复发率明显高于治疗组,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性胃十二指肠穿孔患者行腹腔镜手术治疗能够取得更加理想的临床治疗效果,能够有效缩短患者的手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间并降低并发症发生率。

Acute Gastroduodenal Perforation Choose Effective Surgical Treatment Research Program

Objective Discusse the surgical treatment of acute gastric and duodenal perforation. Methods Data on patients in our hospital with acute gastroduodenal perforation treatment research and analysis, according to the different treatment of the patients were divided into two treatment groups and the control group, the control group of patients undergoing laparotomy for patients treated with laparoscopic surgery, the clinical treatment of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The blood loss was significantly more than the control group of patients treated, surgery time, exhaust time, length of hospital stay was significantly longer than the treatment group, the incidence of complications and recurrence rate was significantly higher than the treatment group, the difference was both statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acute gastroduodenal perforation underwent laparoscopic surgery can achieve even better clinical effect, can effectively shorten the patient＇s operative time, postoperative discharge, hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications.
