白腐菌预处理对杨木化学制浆性能的影响

摘    要:研究了杨木经白腐菌Phellinus Pini预处理前后化学组成的变化;木片腐朽前后扫描电镜分析;预处理对后续KP蒸煮及浆料性能的影响.结果表明,采用该白腐菌预处理半个月的结果优于1个月的.前者蒸煮浆料在与对照浆相近的卡伯值情况下能节省1个百分点的用碱量或缩短30min保温时间,而得率分别提高3.19和4.13个百分点,撕裂指数分别提高17.9%和27.1%;裂断长分别提高19.6%和24.6%;耐破指数分别提高23.5%和32.2%.

Abstract:White rot fungi Phellinus Pini is able to degrade lignin with good selectivity.The chemical composition change and the photograph of SEM of populus chips before and after pretreatment with white rot fungi Phellinus Pini ,the effect of the pretreatment on KP cooking and the properties of the resultant pulp were studied in this paper.The results showed that pretreatment with white rot fungi Phellinus Pini for15days was better than that for30days.When populus chips were treated with white rot fungi Phellinus Pini for15days,the cooking al-kali charge decreased by1point or the time at maximum temperature decreased by30min compared with the control based on the similar kappa number of pulps.The pulp yields increased by3.19and4.13points respectively.The tearing indexes increased by17.9%and27.1%.The breaking lengths increased by19.6%and24.6%.The bursting indexes increased by23.5%and32.2%.
