摘    要:通过大量试验,探讨了厚大螺母与镀锌薄板环凸焊接头的组织与性能,结果表明:当接头具有良好的性能时,结合面存在的微区熔化并凝固的细小等轴晶,其接头的连接机制属于微区熔化和固态塑性变形+动态再结晶的混合连接模式。

Abstract:Microstructure and properties of loop projection welding joint between large-diameter screw nut and electrogalvanizing thin steel plate were investigated with many experiments in this paper.The results showed that there were microzone melting and solidification small equiaxial grains in the interface when the joint had good properties,and the joining mechanism belonged in microzone melting and solid plastic deformation+movement recrystallizing joining mixed mode.But,if joining mode was solid joining mode,the joint properties were worse and the joint was leakage largely because of continuous zinc slag and large mechanical tension existing in the joint.Parameters affected microstructure and properties of joint strongly.Welding pattern of saddle-back pressure and multipulse electronic current should be used for getting good property loop projection welding joint.
