| 摘 要： | 介绍了6种应用于环境检测的现代生物技术类型和技术原理．主要包括生物酶技术，金标免疫速测技术，PCR技术，生物发光检测技术，生物芯片技术和生物传感器。综述了国内外相关研究的进展．分析及探讨了这些技术的优点和存在的不足。现代生物技术应用于环境检测具有简单，快速，灵敏，原位，高通量的特点。有着诱人的应用前景。对环境保护具有深远的意义。

| Abstract: | The principles and classification of modern bio technology application to the study of environmental detection have been reviewed and introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques have also been summarized. These methods are simple, rapid, sensitive, detect on line and high through put test. This review showed that they are very meaningful for environmental protection. |
