摘    要:用ASPEN PLUS软件对卡宾达原油常减压蒸馏装置进行流程模拟计算,并通过灵敏度分析确定装置的最大加工负荷,并找出常压塔与减压塔之间关联操作的影响因素,提出常减压装置负荷转移技术的扩能改造操作优化方案。

Abstract:In order to expand the capacity, the process simulation and optimization of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit which processes Cabinda crude is carried out with Aspen Plus software, and the maximum load of the unit is determined through sensitivity analysis. The correlate operation and affecting factors between atmospheric and vacuum distillation columns are found out and the optimization scheme for load transfer technology in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is proposed.
