基于纳米银-二氧化钛-壳聚糖复合物修饰电极的穿心莲内酯电化学传感器及其应用研究

摘    要:利用纳米银-二氧化钛-壳聚糖(Ag-TiO2-CS)复合物构建灵敏的穿心莲内酯电化学传感器。CV实验表明纳米Ag-TiO2-CS复合物具有良好的电化学活性,可以作为穿心莲内酯传感器的氧化还原探针,当加入穿心莲内酯后,修饰电极的峰电流值变小,且随着穿心莲内酯浓度的增加而逐渐减小。DPV实验表明,修饰电极峰电流值与穿心莲内酯浓度对数值在一定范围内呈线性关系,方法学考察结果均良好。将所建立的电化学方法应用于穿心莲内酯软胶囊制剂实际样品,实验结果理想。

Abstract:In this paper, the sensitive andrographolide electrochemical sensor was constructed by using nano-silver-titania-chitosan (Ag-TiO2-CS) complex. The CV experiment showed that the nano-Ag-TiO2-CS complex had good electrochemical activity and could be used as the redox probe of the andrographolide sensor. When andrographolide was added, the peak current value of the modified electrode became smaller and gradually decreased as the concentration of andrographolide increased. The DPV experiment showed that the peak current value of the modified electrode was linear with the logarithm of the concentration of andrographolide in a certain range. Methodological study results were all good. The electrochemical method was applied to the real sample, andrographolide soft capsule preparation, and the result was satisfactory.
