电子探针在模具表面强化研究中的应用

摘    要:以实例论述了电子探针显微分析EPMA在表面涂层类模具强化机理研究中的应用.通过介绍电子探针X-射线点图分析原理和X-射线谱仪中定点、线、面成份分析的方法,对波谱仪(WDS)和能谱仪(EDS)的测试性能特点加以比较;并具体对注塑模具表面电沉积硬铬后感应扩散强化涂层进行了研究.结果表明,涂层和基体之间发生了元素的互扩散,说明其在感应加热过程中已形成了冶金结合.

Abstract:Applications of electron probe microanalyser(EPMA) to the strengthening mechanism of moulds with coatings are illustrated by examples.By introducing X-ray spots-figure analytical principle of electron probe as well as the component analytical approach for point,line and section of X-ray spectrometer,the measurements characteristics of wave dispersive spectrometer(WDS) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) are comparatively studied.Electroplating hard chromium coating for induced diffusing strengthening on the surface of injection mould is investigated.The results show that mutual diffusion of elements occurs between the coating and the substrate indicating the metallurgic bonding formed in the process of induced heating.
