三种烤瓷冠修复体临床应用效果比较

目的：分析比较金合金、钛合金和镍铬合金三种烤瓷冠修复体的临床效果。方法：选择来本院就诊的做烤瓷冠修复的患者108例,按患者自愿选择烤瓷熔附金属（PFM）类型的要求分为金合金烤瓷冠组38例,钛合金烤瓷冠组34例,镍铬合金烤瓷冠组36例。对三组患者牙龈变色及牙龈健康情况进行观察、比较。结果：金合金和钛合金烤瓷冠在边缘密合度,牙龈边缘颜色,牙龈健康情况方面与镍铬合金烤瓷冠比较,差异有统计学意义。结论：金合金及钛合金烤瓷冠比镍铬合金烤瓷冠有更好的临床效果。

Clinical comparison of three types of porcelain crown

Objective： To analyse and compare the clinical effect of gold alloy,titanium and nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown. Methods： Slected 108 cases of patients with porcelain teeth crown,according to voluntary choice in patients with PFM type of demand,they were divided into gold alloy-porcelain crown group of 38 cases, titanium porcelain crown group of 34 patients,Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown group of 36 cases. Observed and compared the gingival discoloration and gingival health of the three groups. Results： The difference of marginal adaptation,gingival margin color and gingival health between the three groups were significant. Conclusion： Gold alloy and titanium alloy have a better clinical effect than nickel-chromium alloy PFM crown.
