| 摘 要： | 主观的制度设计必需依据客观规律来进行。大学教师管理制度的设计要受其所处组织的特点、管理制度的主要目的、管理制度的主导执行方式、大学教师知识资本特点等客观要求的制约。要制定良好的大学教师管理制度就必需遵循以下的制度建设原则:制度要符合组织的特性;制度要符合伦理性、正义性的要求;尽量获得大学教师对制度的认同;制度制定过程中要保证大学教师的参与权并遵从合理的程序;可为大学教师教学科研工作提供较为宽松的制度环境;制度要合理兼顾和平衡大学组织与大学教师的利益。
