| 摘 要： | 目的：观察5种浓度的亚硒酸钠对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。方法：采用Kirby－Bauer纸片扩散法。结果：5种浓度的亚硒酸钠的抑菌环直径分别为10.2mm、12mm、13.8mm、15.6mm、16.8mm，青霉素和红霉素的抑菌环直径则各为7．2mm、9．4mm。结论：硒对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用要强于青、红霉素（P＜0.001），并与浓度呈正相关。

| Abstract: | objective: To observe the inhibitive effect of Na2SeO3 in 5 different coocentrations on staphylococci. Methods: Kirby - Bauer paper diffusion. Result: The diameters of bacteriostatic circls produced by 5 fifferent concentrations of Na2SeO3 were 10. 2mm. 12mm. 13. 8mm. 15. 6mm, 16. 8mm respectively. The bacteriostatic circles of penicillin. erythromycin were 7. 2mm,9. 4mm. Conclusion: The inhibitive effect of selenium on staphylococci is stronger than those of p c e - m (p < 0 .01) and is directly proportional to the concenthetions. |
