| 摘 要： | 目的：本文旨在提高腹部钝伤致肝损伤的CT诊断水平。材料与方法：本组4例，其中3例经手术证实。4例均作CT平扫。结果：2例肝裂伤、破裂，2例肝内血肿、挫伤伴包膜下血肿。结论：CT为闭合性腹部外伤而血液动力学稳定患者的首选检查方法。对发现肝损伤及其程度有重要明确诊断价值。CT能有效显示外伤保守治疗过程。还能发现合并多发伤。

| Abstract: | Purpose: This report is intended to raise diagnosis level of live injury caused by blunt abdominal trauma.Meterial and Methods: This group had 4 cases, 3 of them have proved by operation finding. 4 cases all were made noncontrast CT scans. ResuIts: It was found that 2 cases had live laceration and hepatorrhexis, 2 cases had hematoma within live parenchyma and live frustrate with live subcapsular hematoma. Conclusion: CT is first examination method selected to patients with abdominal trauma and blood dynamics stable. CT is important diagnostic value to finding live injury and its degree. CT can show processof conservative treatment in injury, and find multiple injury. |
