| 摘 要： | 长期资本管理公司是美国上世纪90年代初成立的一家债券公司,从事对冲基金的交易,并在成立后的短短4年间取得了传奇性的成功。但是由于随后市场的突变和自身弊端的显现,很快跌落到了破产的边缘。从组织管理的角度对该公司存在的问题进行了大致的分析,并结合相关知识和现实情况给出了可行的对策。

| Abstract: | Long-Term Capital Management（LTCM）was a bond firm established in 1993,Greenwich. Trading private hedge fund was its main business.LTCM achieved its legendary success in the fourth year after its first trade but fell into bankrupt soon when financial crisis comes and its problem appears. Based on knowledge of organization management,this article provides analysis of LTCM＇s problem and generates alternative solutions. |
