| 摘 要： | 目的观察弹拨牵拉复位法治疗梨状肌综合征的疗效。方法将60例梨状肌综合征患者随机分成两组，治疗组30仍运用弹拨牵拉复位法，对照组30例运用传统的温针灸疗法，一个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈24例，好转5例，贞效l例，治愈率为80％，总有效率为96．7％；对照组治愈15例，好转10例，无效5例，治愈率为50％，总有效率为83．3％。结论弹拨牵拉复位法是治疗梨状肌综合征的较好方法。，

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effects plucked force reduction method in treating plucked piriformis syndrome.Methods 60 patients with piriformis syndrome were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group of 30 cases using the plucked force reduction method,and the control group of 30 patients with traditional acupuncture treatment.After a period of treatment,the curative effects could be observed.Results With the former method,24 cases were cured,5 became improved and 1 was ineffective,the cure... |
