摘    要:目的 探讨320排CTA在头颈部副神经节瘤诊治中的应用价值。方法 对头颈部副神经节瘤21例患者行320排CTA检查, 并由2名具有10年以上工作经验的高级职称医师分析其影像资料。结果 21例共30个副神经节瘤, 其中颈动脉体瘤20个, 颈静脉球瘤9个, 迷走神经副节瘤1个;CT均表现为实性肿块、血供丰富和明显强化。VR、MIP及MPR可清晰显示病灶与周围组织的关系。所有副神经节瘤均进行术前分型, 结果与术后分型完全相同, 准确率达100%。结论 320排CTA可作为诊断头颈部副神经节瘤安全、准确的首选影像学检查方式。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 320-detector row CTA in diagnosis of paragangliomas of head and neck. Methods Totally 21 patients with paragangliomas in head and neck were examined by 320-detector row CTA, and their images were retrospectively reviewed by two experienced radiologists. Results There were 30 paragangliomas in the 21 patients, of which 20 were carotid body, 9 were glomus jugular, and 1 was vagal paragangliomas. All lesions were hypervascular solid tumors with intense enhancement. VR, MPR and MIP demonstrated clear images for the relation between tumors and the surrounding tissue. All tumors were classified before operation, which results were the same as post-operation pathology, the accuracy rate was 100%. Conclusion 320-detector row CTA can be a safe, accurate and preferred examination for paragangliomas.
