双三羟甲基丙烷磷酸酯盐抗静电剂在涤纶织物上的应用研究

摘    要:采用双三羟甲基丙烷磷酸酯盐抗静电剂对涤纶织物进行整理,探讨了抗静电剂浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间以及涤纶织物耐洗次数对涤纶织物抗静电性能效果的影响,结果表明:抗静电剂浓度为20 g/L、焙烘温度为170℃、焙烘时间为80 s时,抗静电整理效果较好;同时整理后的涤纶织物经50次洗涤后抗静电性能仍保持良好.

Abstract:Polyester fiber fabrics were finished with Di-trimethylolpropane phosphate salt a-ntistatic agent.The effects of reaction conditions,such as the antistatic agent concentration,baking temperature,baking time and polyester fabric wash times of polyester fabric antist-atic performance effect are discussed.The optimum finishing conditions were as follows:antistatic agent 20 g/L、baking temperature 170℃、baking time 80.The finished polyester fiber fabrics has good antistatic properties.After finishing of polyester fabric 50 times washing antistatic performance remains good.
