白光发光二极管在高效光源模块中的应用

摘    要:将GaN基蓝光激发YAG荧光粉的成白光发光二极管(W-LED)优选后,以串联形式集成为 W-LED 发光模块.分别测试了 W-LED 集成光源模块的光电特性、发光效率以及不同电流驱动下的光源衰减率,并与白炽灯和荧光灯等传统照明光源进行了比较.实验表明:当驱动电流为 14~18 mA时,W-LED 集成光源模块的发光效率可达到 64.46 lm/W,而功耗仅为2.4 W,发挥出了 W-LED 作为照明光源的节能、高可靠和稳定性等优势.经 10 kh 老化测得电流下降较常用灯<10%.

Abstract:The current illumination characteristic of the white light emitting diodes (W-LEDs), the power and effi-ciency of the W-LED illumination module integrated by W-LEDs in series connection were studied and discussed.The optimized current range of the integrated illumination module is from 14 to 18mA. The experiment result shows that the W-LEDs integrated light module processes much lower power consumption (2. 4W), higher lumi-nescence efficiency (64. 461m/W) and longer lifetime, current degradation is <10% after 10 kh testing, comparing with that of the traditional lamps, such as tungsten lamp and fluorescent lamp.
