摘    要:采用柠檬酸盐法合成BaFe12O19复合氧化物纳米材料, 用X射线衍射分析、 红外光谱分析等手段对产物进行表征. 将合成材料及传统的微波吸收剂铁粉分别均匀地分散于有机高分子粘合剂中, 涂在铁板上, 制成双层复合的吸波涂层. 测试结果表明, 在涂层仅为1 mm厚的条件下, 取得了良好的吸波效果. 并对纳米复合材料的微波吸收机理进行了探讨.

Abstract:Nanocrystalline composite oxide BaFe12O19 was synthesized via a citrate method. The composite was characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction and infrared spectral analysis. Nanocrystalline composite oxide BaFe12O19 and the traditional micro wave absorbing material, iron powder were dispersed into the macromolecule polymer uniformly and respectively. Microwave-absorbing coatings with a two-layer structure were obtained by smearing the mixture of the composite dispersed in the macromolecule polymer, and the mixture of the iron powder dispersed in the macromolecule polymer alternatively on the iron plate until the total thickness being only 1 mm, in this case, a big reflection loss over broadband is realizable. The possible microwave absorptive mechanisms of nanocrystalline material are also discussed on the basis of the experiments.
