食品化学设计性实验教学体系的构建与实践

Construction and Practice on the Designing Experiments Teaching System of Food Chemistry

The designing experiments of food chemistry were introduced in detail.They consisted of the experimental traits,implementary methods,examination methods achievement evaluation,teaching effects,etc.The practices indicated that the designing experiments teaching can not only improve the students＇ level of experimental operation and scientific research ability of designing experimental scheme and consulting literature by themselves,but also consolidate the students teaching content of other courses,train the students creative ability and developing ability bitterly,and improve the students comprehensive qualities and team working consciousness.
