红薯叶中黄酮类化合物的超临界提取研究

摘    要:研究了超临界流体萃取红薯叶总黄酮的影响因素,并对生产工艺进行了优化设计。在单因素试验和正交试验的基础上,得到了红薯叶的超临界萃取工艺的最优化条件:萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度50℃,夹带剂为80%乙醇,夹带剂用量为原料质量的50%,萃取时间150 min,CO2流量15 L/h。在此工艺条件下,黄酮得率为6.25%。

Abstract:The extraction technology of flavonoids from sweet potato leaves with CO2 supercritical fluid was studied and the processing parameters were optimized.On the basis of the single experiments and orthogonal tests,the optimal process conditions were as follows: extracting pressure 30 MPa,extracting temperature 50 ℃,extracting time 150 min,CO2 flow rate 15 L/h,80% alcohol as the entrainer and the mass ration of the entrainer to feed 50%.The flavonoid content was 6.25% under the optimal process condition.
