| 摘 要： | 目的了解和分析本院抗过敏滴眼液的临床使用情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法用DDDs分析法对2008~2010年间本院抗过敏滴眼液的使用情况进行统计和分析。结果 3年来本院抗过敏滴眼液在用药频度和销量方面都呈上升趋势。按DDDs排序前三位为复方萘甲唑啉滴眼液、依美斯汀滴眼液、色甘酸钠滴眼液。结论本院抗过敏滴眼液使用合理,以减轻充血剂-组胺受体拮抗剂的复方制剂和高选择性组胺H1受体拮抗剂为主。
